Telephone Orders

Want to order by phone? Add items to your shopping cart as usual. Once you've created your account and are ready to make your payment, choose the option that states: "Pay by Phone." You will be directed to the page where you will see your order number and our Toll Free number. A customer service rep can then complete your order on the phone with you. Please have your credit credit ready. Once your order is completed we will ship your product. Orders placed after 11am (PST) will be shipped the following business day.

We have researched and tested our products to ensure they are the "best-of-the best." If we don't meet your expectations we want to hear about it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return, store credit or an exchange.

How does Hassle Free Work?

Well no hassles at all. Within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment, you may return any products that are in good condition purchased from AllPetNaturals for a store credit or a refund.

Once we receive your remedies, tinctures, creams, capsules or vials, we will promptly exchange your product or issue you a store credit or a refund (less shipping charges). To make things easy, simply send back your entire purchase (postage paid by customer) along with your return number.

How do I get a Return Number?

You can obtain one by:

• Calling our customer service desk at 1.877.232.7387 or emailing returns@allpetnaturals.com.
• Please enclose a note with your return telling us your Order Number (if available) and a description of what you are returning.
• Let us know the reason for your return and what you would like us to do.
• AllPetNaturals will give you a store credit for the purchase price.

When do I get a Refund?

• We will refund your money (less merchant processing fees of 2.5%) of the purchase price (less a $2.00 service fee) and send you a receipt within 24 hours. 
Depending on the issuing credit card company or financial institution card that you used to purchase our products, your funds may not appear on your Statement for 30 days. However, in most cases the refund appears within three (3) to five (5) business days. For example, if a refund was issued on a Wednesday, it may take until the following Tuesday to appear in your credit card account.
Please note, the duration between refund issue and appearance on your account is beyond our control, and no longer our responsibility.

What if I have already placed an order and would like to cancel it?

In this case if you would like to cancel your order after its been placed we will accept your cancellation unless your order has already shipped. If your order is on route it will not be possible to cancel your order, and upon delivery you will need to follow the steps (above) for a return or an exchange.

No Re-Stocking Fee

• Please include your name, address, and phone number (specify day or evening) where we can reach you in case we have questions. Customers are responsible for the return postage unless it was our error.
• Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, or any sturdy box, and enclose your note detailing the reason for the return. Please DO NOT return product in an envelope.
Your credit or refund on an authorized return will be issued within five (5) business days of receipt of the product at our offices.
• Your store credit or refund will include the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).
• No store credits or refunds will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return(s).

Temporarily Out Of Stock Items

Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. AllPetNaturals will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items. On average, most items are shipped within one or two business days. However, on rare occasions a few products have longer lead times because they are manufactured outside the United States in Germany, Canada or the UK for example, and that case it may take up to 10 business days.

If your order includes items that are not in stock, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case, and will ship partial orders only by request.
