How to Massage Your Dog
RUB 1 to 3 drops of Lavender Calming BodyOil between your palms until heated. The beautiful aroma of our oils will fill you with joy and already you will begin to feel calmer.
So starting with the dog’s snout, use long, firm strokes to massage the animal. Work your way up the head, gently massaging the ears, behind and below the eyes, the top of the skull, the cheeks, the neck and chin. Work down and then up the forelegs, down the spine, rump and down and back up the hind legs. Massage the belly very gently. Finish with the tail. Always keep at least one hand on the animal. Don’t use pinching, hitting or pulling techniques.
The essential oil ingredients in Lavender Calming Oil include Lavender which is one of Nature's natural sedatives and Marjoram for restful sleep, calming and aching muscles. If you do not wish to rub the oil onto your hands you can always use a rubber horse groomer to smooth through the fur.
Why our aromatherapy products are different
The number one reason our products are different is that all our ingredients come from Ecuador. All year long the sun shines for twelve hours a day bathing the plants and earth in its light. The herbs and spices of Ecuador over the centuries have developed a distinctive therapeutic quality due to this environment.

Aromatherapist Cristina Proano-Carrion
Our new Aromatherapy line was created by Aromatherapist Cristina Proano-Carrion, a native “Andina” and professional aromatherapist who for 15 years has worked with kennels and breeders.
Cristina combines the knowledge about plants, herbs and essential oils that has been handed down by generations of men and women from the high Andes and the lush rainforests.
Essential Oils come from plants who's chemistry and biology are still a mystery to us, yet we do know that the rich oils bring oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and balance the hormonal and nervous systems. We also know that some oils are calming, while others are energizing but all of them have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties.
Finally our essential oils are of the highest quality in the world and the safest for your pet. They are 100% free of pesticides and chemicals, and the labor to harvest them helps indigenous communities with money and resources.
