We ship FREE of charge via Standard Ground Service or United States Postal Service Priority Mail, at our discretion, which may take up to 5 business days in transit, and only within the Continental United States. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Ferndale, Washington State.

Please note international orders or orders to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for Free Shipping. In addition, Free Shipping does not apply to orders placed by phone, mail or fax. Free Shipping cannot be combined with other coupon code offers. AllPetNaturals, at its sole discretion, may refuse to redeem any coupon that it believes in good faith to be fraudulently obtained.

Can you tell me about Same Day Shipping?

Sure. We're able to offer you same day shipping if we receive your order before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday to Friday, and your product is in stock; and your address matches that which is on file with your credit institution. If we receive your order after 11:00 am, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or on holidays.

What will be my shipping charges?

To view your shipping charges, please create an account so that we can access your ZIP code and then (with our system) calculate your shipping fees.

Shipping Options

AllPetNaturals ships most of its orders via UPS¹. You have the option of choosing what method of UPS shipping you desire at checkout (see below). Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. AllPetNaturals reserves the right to ship with any carrier without notice.

When will my order arrive?

If this was science fiction, we would happily Quantum Teleport your order to you right away. Sadly we can't and therefore we rely on superior logistics and top-notch companies to help us. We would love your order to arrive instantly. However described below are the shipping times you should expect from our courier service. Please note that these are reliable estimates within the Continental United States, but they are NOT guarantees.

• United States Postal Service (USPS) - This option is available for PO boxes and APO's only. The delivery expectation is 3 to 10 business days. Delivery for orders being shipped outside the U.S. will vary depending on location and type of delivery service selected. Please call our office if you wish your order to be shipped domestically via USPS.

• Standard Ground Shipping - Please allow 2 to 5 business days (depending on distance), after the day it was shipped. This is the rate most commonly used by our customers.*

• 2nd Day Air - Please allow 2 business days, after the day it was shipped. Select this economical option when you have the flexibility to allow an extra day. Delivery throughout the U.S. and one of our most popular options used by our vet professionals and commercial accounts.

• 3rd Day Air - Please allow 3 business days. Smart, fast, economical, this guaranteed service works best if you have an extra day in mind when you order. Delivery throughout the Continental U.S. by the end of the 3rd business day. An ideal mix of guaranteed delivery and economy. Three free delivery attempts.

• Overnight - Please call our office to discuss your options and rates. This is an efficient option when next day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30pm meets your needs. Available to all 48 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations to Alaska and Hawaii. For worldwide shipping - the delivery expectation is between 5 to 10 business days after the day it was shipped. Custom duties and other charges or taxes plus unspecific delays may be incurred.

Are there any shipping restrictions I should know about?

Yes...

• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products into your country.

• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after its been seized, you will still be responsible for the shipping and surcharges, plus a $15.00 USD restocking fee.

• You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect duties or taxes from you since we cannot possibly know how much they will cost. Check with your country's tariff rates.

• We only report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. We cannot claim or show an amount less than the actual purchase amount on a customs document. If AllPetNaturals is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.

• For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "natural herbal supplements - for pet use only." Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or another incorrect description.

• We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

We Ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Korea & Singapore

What about Canada?

Regular Canadian orders are shipped via the post office (USPS) via Priority Mail International, as it is by far the best method because your order is trackable and insured. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days but its often much shorter. Call our office for a Shipping Rate Quote and please note that in the unlikely event that your order gets lost it will take 30 days to process your claim and send out a new one.

• Canadian customers please note: your letter carrier may collect HST, GST and/or PST upon delivery, depending upon your province. Sometimes, taxes are not charged and we have no control over this. Please do not ask us to declare a lower amount on the customs declaration. To do so would be illegal. Also Canadian deliveries may be delayed at the border for an extended time. This delay is random, not all parcels are stopped.

• Please note that in some cases additional shipping fees may apply. (A good example might be if we had to ship to a farm or cottage or a more remote rural location.)

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. We use the USPS Priority Mail International for the same reasons as described above - its trackable and insured. We have a wonderful growing international customer base and we ship all the time to the UK, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Korea and Hong Kong.
