Dr. Rose DiLeva is a conventionally trained veterinarian who is certified in Chinese Herbology, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as Chiropractic treatments.
In her practice she saw a need for a natural safe alternative to steroids to help the plethora of skin issues she was seeing. With her training in Herbology she researched Chinese, American and Indian herbs, many of which she was already using in her practice, and began developing her own Healing Salve.
Dr. Rose started out in her kitchen, making different batches with different ingredients, testing out what worked better than before. That led to Dr. Rose's Remedies and the Healing Salve and Spray product line that we are offering here today.
Calendula oil, Olive oil, Bees wax, Shea butter, Vitamin E, Aloe vera oil, Grape seed oil, Eucalyptus oil, Tea tree oil & Rosemary oil extract.
Hi AllPetNaturals -
Pictures attached. It's hard to get them from the same angle as she won't sit still. The one on the top of her leg is showing the most improvement, though the shoulder one is dry and scabby now, rather than raw-looking.
Here's the story:
"Bubbles is 13 years old had has always been hyper-sensitive to everything. She suffers from miliary dermatitis, and the nasty red patches are due to her over-grooming certain areas until they're raw and bleeding.
The dermatitis is most usually caused by fleas, but even though we make great efforts to eradicate them, she is allowed outside and of course they are out there too. As she's become older it seems she is never free of some irritation, so it's not enough just to keep the flea population down.
Previously to finding Dr Rose's Remedy, our only recourse was an expensive vet visit for pills which would clear up the "hot spots" but would do nothing over the longer term, and nothing to moisturise her very dry and fragile skin.
After 9 days of one application per day of the salve, the spot on her upper leg has almost completely disappeared. The one on her shoulder has gone from wet and raw to dry and scabbed. The back of her neck is dry and scabbing over. I couldn't get a picture of her tail lesion, but it was thin and a few inches long along one side near the base. It has also dried up and hopefully in a few weeks her lovely tail fur will start to grow back.
She doesn't mind the application at all, in fact seems to think I'm just giving her a scratch. The salve didn't sting her even when her wounds were open. I'll update the pictures as she improves." How's that?
Regards, Leigh
