What is our Privacy Policy?

Everything at All Pet Naturals starts with respect! We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company.

We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to inform you of any product updates, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, sales, special offers; changes in our hours of operation; special office closures when it comes to holidays or special events; our bi-monthly newsletter, workshops, lectures, webinars, new articles or podcasts.

Should you ever wish to be removed from an email list with ALL PET NATURALS, or our parent company Brilliant Health International Distributors Inc. we will process your request immediately.

Our server recognizes only the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed our Site to monitor the volume and timing of access to our Site by collecting information on the date, time and pages accessed by visitors. This helps us improve the content of our Site. We will maintain your privacy by shipping in a plain box or wrapper. Unless you are advised to the contrary all orders will be filled and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping costs for your area are determined during the checkout process. All payments must be made in advance by valid credit card and in U.S. funds.
